Transit

When it comes to mass transit, Central Puget Sound citizens can choose from a robust bus and ferry network, the expanding Sound Transit commuter train and express bus routes, the Seattle monorail, and even trolleys for short trips along Seattle’s waterfront.

Using the Rideshare program, you can find a match with other nearby riders to commute by vanpool or carpool to work or special events.

Metro Access Transportation provides curb-to-curb service for shared-ride van transportation for persons whose disabilities prevent use of accessible non-commuter, fixed route bus service. Same-day trips are not available.

So make it easy on yourself. Leave the family car at home. Enjoy the ride and the view!
